One, the general

(a) to carry out the environmental protection law of the People's Republic of China "and other laws and regulations, the prevention and control of environmental pollution, ecological safety and human health, promote the lead and zinc smelting industrial production process and pollution control technology, this technology policy.

(2) the technology policy for the guidance document, for all the relevant units in construction projects and the existing enterprise's management, design, construction, production, scientific research and other work in reference to use; This technology policy is suitable for lead and zinc smelting industry, including in lead and zinc native ore as raw material and scrap metal as raw material of lead and zinc smelting industry renewable industry.

Four, solid waste disposal and comprehensive utilization

Five, the prevention and control of water pollution

Six, encourage the development of new technology

Seven, pollution prevention and control of management and supervision
